RECOMMENDED SKILLS PRIOR TO TAKING THIS COURSE
There are no hard requirements needed to be able to take the course, however a foundation level understanding of Cloud Computing will help, such as that obtained from the Introduction to Cloud course (CC0101EN)
prior to : ~์ ์์, ๋จผ์
My name is Brian Innes, and I am an IBM Developer Advocate. I am also the lead instructor for this course. This course introduces you to the IBM Cloud as well as the various types of services that are available from the IBM Cloud catalog. It also helps you prepare for the IBM Certified Solution Advisor - IBM Cloud Foundations certification exam.
The course consists of four modules. In the first module, you will hear from IBM Cloud professionals to learn about the IBM Cloud portfolio of products and services, the different service offerings available and the global reach of the IBM Cloud. You will also learn how to view, manage and work with the cloud catalog.
In the second module, you will learn about key IBM Cloud infrastructure components including the compute, storage, and network products and services. You will also hear from James Belton who is an IBM Global IT Architect. James introduces you to the many resources that provide capabilities on the IBM Cloud.
In the third module, you will learn about the options to run applications and workloads on the IBM Cloud. You will hear from other IBM Cloud professionals who articulate the benefits and tradeoffs of the different options.
In the fourth module, you will learn about some of the services available on the IBM Cloud such as Data and AI, Analytics, Internet of Things and Blockchain. In particular, you will learn how these services can be made available to applications running on the IBM Cloud.
Finally, you will test your knowledge of IBM Cloud by completing an exam that includes questions about the IBM Cloud and the various types of services available in the IBM Cloud catalog.
If you have any questions, or if you need any clarifications, feel free to leverage the Support button for help and support.
Good luck and happy learning!
